about Black Tea Exports
To which customers’ can you offer your products?
To buyers / importers of tea preferably in container loads or with a MOQ of 1,000kgs per item / grade. We do not sell online nor could we cater for orders less than 1,000kgs per item which is economically not viable for us.
How do you source Tea?
At the Colombo Tea Auctions (now held online) as per the Tea Tax and Control of Export Act No. 16 of 1959.
What guarantee do you provide on the freshness and the quality of the Tea you export?
Within 3 weeks of harvest & manufacture, the teas are sold at the Colombo Tea auctions. Within further 3 weeks the teas would be blended, packed and loaded onboard of the vessel.
How fast would you deliver the orders?
Depending on the volume and the packaging complexity of the order, it would take between 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to load the shipment onboard of vessel.
How about the packaging of the Tea?
We are able to pack tea from bulk packaging to Pyramid Tea bags and all in-between. More info could be seen here.

How about the payments?
Payments are accepted only via bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), C.A.D terms or by L/C.
